Shipping Policy (Updated for 2025)

1. Shipping Overview

All Dripistry products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.
This approach allows us to reduce waste, maintain quality, and offer fresh designs without overproduction.

Because items are produced individually and may be fulfilled from different locations,
orders may ship in separate packages. This does not affect your shipping cost.

2. Shipping Availability

At this time, Dripistry ships within the United States only.

International shipping is coming soon as we continue expanding our fulfillment network.
Planned regions include Canada and the UK. Please check back for updates.

3. Processing Times

All items are made to order. Typical production times are:

  • Apparel (tees, hoodies, sweaters): 2–5 business days
  • Drinkware, bags, journals, and accessories: 2–4 business days
  • Production time is separate from shipping time. Delays may occur during holidays or peak seasons.

4. Shipping Method & Rates (U.S.)

Dripistry uses Standard Shipping for all orders.

Shipping rates are flat-rate to keep checkout simple and predictable. Shipping costs are
capped, so you’ll never overpay—even on larger orders.

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout
  • Maximum shipping charge: $28 per order
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders over $85

Shipping costs reflect average fulfillment and carrier expenses across our production partners.

5. Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within:

  • 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Weather conditions, carrier delays, and high-volume
periods may extend delivery windows.

6. Tracking Information

When your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to
48 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If your order ships in multiple packages, each shipment will have its own tracking number.

7. Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

If your order is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please check:

  • Your mailbox or parcel locker
  • Your front door, porch, or surrounding area
  • With neighbors or your building office

If the package cannot be located, contact us at
Support in your account
and we’ll assist with next steps. Claims for lost or missing packages are handled
case by case.

8. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

Dripistry is not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us, reshipment may require an additional shipping fee.

9. Pre-Orders & Special Drops

Pre-order items will display estimated ship dates on the product page. Unless otherwise stated,
items ordered together will ship once all items are ready.
