Because each item is made-to-order, here’s how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds at Dripistry.

1. Made-to-Order Items

Every item at Dripistry is created specifically for you at the time of purchase.
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered
  • Color or style preference changes
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Minor print or color variations (common in on-demand production)

We include detailed size charts and previews on every product page to help ensure the best fit.

2. What We Accept

We’re happy to replace or refund items that arrive with:

  • Defective printing or manufacturing errors
  • Damage sustained during shipping
  • Incorrect items received
  • Orders lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

Photos are required for all claims so our team can quickly verify the issue.

3. What’s Not Covered

  • Incorrect size or fit concerns
  • Color differences due to device screen settings
  • Minor misalignment (within industry-standard tolerances)
  • Wear and tear after use
  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer

4. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within:

  • 14 business days (U.S. orders), or
  • 30 business days (international orders),

please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

5. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
You may submit your request through:

  • The “My Account → Orders → Submit Issue” button, or
  • Emailing us directly at he***@*******ry.com.

All requests must include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear, well-lit photos of the item and any defects or damage (if applicable)

Once received, our support team will review your request within 2 business days and notify you whether
a replacement or refund is approved based on our policy.

Please note: Submitting a request through your account does not guarantee approval.
All claims must meet the criteria outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

6. Replacement or Refund Options

If your claim is approved, you may choose:

  • A free replacement of the same item
  • A refund to your original payment method

Replacement items are produced and shipped using the same timelines as the original order.

7. Refund Timing

Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
