Because your drip is made-to-order, here’s what you need to know.

Custom-Made With Care

At Dripistry, every item is printed just for you when you place an order. That means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing issues, color changes, or buyer’s remorse.

What We DO Accept

If your order arrived with a defect, damage, or the wrong item—we’ve got you covered.

  • The item is damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit (confirmed by the carrier)

📸 Photos are required for all claims to ensure speedy resolution.

What’s Not Covered

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color/style preference change
  • Minor print variations (common with made-to-order items)

We include sizing charts on each product page to help you shop confidently.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us. We’ll track it down or resend it.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  1. Email hello@dripistry.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll review your request within 2 business days.

If approved, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a refund—your choice.

Refund Timing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
